2. Before you arrive
Bring your identification, booking confirmation, medication list and relevant medical records. Ask the care team about preparation, interpretation and insurance documents; availability and coverage must be confirmed.
3. Reception and payment
Check in at reception at your appointment time. Confirm the treatment, final charges and payment method with the clinic. For changes or cancellation, use your account appointments and check the booking conditions.
